Shipping

What can I expect for processing and shipping times?

Your order will normally be processed within 2 business days of your purchase date and handed off to our local shipping agency (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) the next day. For example:

  • You place an order on Monday June 1st
  • We process your order between Monday June 1st - Tuesday June 2nd
  • We hand off your order to the shipping agency on Wednesday June 3rd - Thursday June 4th

Orders must be placed before 12PM Eastern Time to be processed the same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day (e.g., Monday if there is no holiday, Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
What can I expect after my product ships?

Once we hand your order off for shipment, the delivery timeline, transit updates, and any delays are handled by the carrier. We do our best to process orders quickly, but we're not able to control shipping times once your order is on its way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Please note that shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on your address.

Is a white border included in the sticker size?

Some stickers may include a white border that adds 1/16-in to 1/8-in to the overall size. Stickers with a white border can be found in the following collections:

As an example, if a sticker has a white border and its size is listed as 1.5-in W x 2.5-in H, then its overall size would be approximately:

  • Min size: 1.625-in W x 2.625-in H
  • Max size: 1.75-in W x 2.75-in H

Keep this in mind when thinking about where you want your stickers to go.
What material is used for the stickers?

Our stickers are printed on thick, premium white vinyl. They are highly wear, scratch, and water-resistant.

All stickers include a vinyl laminate for extra protection.
Why do printed sticker colors differ slightly from what I see on screen?

Slight color variations may occur due to differences between screen and print color modes (RGB vs CMYK), printer settings, ink, and the vinyl material itself. These variations in color are normal between print runs. For example, the green on a 3D candle sticker could look lighter than one you bought a few months ago.

Although these slight color variations occur, we inspect each sticker thoroughly to ensure it's something we'd use. So if it doesn't meet our quality standards, then we'll reprint until it does. We'll also give you the test run stickers for free.
Who creates the artwork for the stickers?

All artwork is designed by us. We do not use licensed or third-party artwork. Every piece is hand-crafted from concept to final design, ensuring original, high-quality art that reflects unique trading-inspired styles.
Can I use your artwork for my own projects or products?

No. All artwork is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright. You may purchase and use the stickers for personal use, but you cannot reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork without permission.
